Shipping Policies and Procedures
Domestic Shipments:
PH Grafik Design offers shipping in the continental
United States via United Parcel Services (UPS). When you place your
order over the website your order will calculate the weight of your
items and provide you with the shipping cost based on the option you
choose.
Merchandise Returns & Refund Policy:
Yes, we will gladly accept returns. Please
call or email for a return authorization. Packages must be insured for
amount of item for proper returns. Securely place item(s) in original
packing material and ship.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied,
please return the product in its original condition within 10 days for
a full refund on the merchandise (less shipping and handling fees).
I value your satisfaction with my jewelry. Of course, returns will not
be honored if the jewelry has been altered or damaged.
Damage to Shipped Goods:
Please advise us within 3 days of receipt if
your order is not correct or if it arrived damaged. We will absorb the
cost of shipping to make your order right.
If jewelry needs repair:
If repair is needed due on any piece due to
a manufacturing defect during the life of the jewelry, I offer repair
free of charge (less your shipping fees). If damage occurred due to
misuse or an accident, please contact me so that I can give you an estimate
of the cost to repair.
Determining what size bracelet to order:
Please provide me with this measurement: Take
a soft measuring tape and measure the exact size of your wrist at the
wrist bone.
If your Shipment did not arrive on time:
Please contact me if your package has not arrived
in a timely manner. We will track your package and do our best to locate
the package.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Your name and any other personal information will not be disclosed to
a third party unless you give your permission, or unless the law would
require us.
Placing an Order:
When you place a credit card order via my website
or by phone, the following information is required by my credit card
processing company to complete the transaction: your name, billing address,
phone number, credit card type, credit card number, and expiration date.
All sensitive information is encrypted and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
encryption technology. Your credit card information is never stored
on my computer.
Mailing Lists:
I will only add your name to a mailing list
when I have your permission and will remove your name at your request.
My lists are never sold to third parties.
